The holiday apartment, located 300 meters from the sea in Pozzallo and close to the beach, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include a fan, a washing machine, and a TV. You have a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a balcony.
The property is about 300 meters from a sandy beach and 400 meters from the historic center of Pozzallo, where you will find a pharmacy, ATM, and various shops.
Next to the apartment there is a public transport stop for the airport.
Within walking distance you will find a grocery store, a fish market, a tobacconist, a pizzeria, and other services. From Pozzallo, you can reach places like Scicli, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, and Marzamemi in about 30 minutes by car. A marina, where you can rent boats and a catamaran to Malta, is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away. Free street parking is available.
