Just paces away from a sandy beach and bustling attractions, this beautiful cottage is the idyllic setting for a family or four friends.
Be greeted by a shared courtyard, where you can unwind on the bench and meet others alike and then step inside to discover the sitting room.
The sitting room hosts two plush sofas and a Smart TV, so why not snuggle up besides the flickering as fire and tuck-into some popcorn for a movie night? Stepping through the home, locate the galley-style kitchen/diner, here the chef of the group can make use of the gas cooker and your guests can gather at the dining table when dinner is served.
When your eyes grow tired, climb upstairs to discover the master bedroom, home to a feature fireplace and exposed brick walls and prepare for bed in the sleek shower room adjacent.
Venture up another flight of stairs, which will lead you to the twin bedroom, featuring exposed beams and a chimney breast, where you can curl up with a hot chocolate and a good book in hand.
A short stroll will lead you onto the vibrant Baxtergate road offering a plethora of shops to suit all budgets and from there sample a range of eateries, whether is fresh fish and chips or Thai cuisine.

The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dining seating for four and a sitting room with gas fire and Smart TV with Freeview. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a second-floor twin with a stairgate, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with benches and parking at a pay and display 0.2 miles away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. No pet or smoking allowed. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub. Whisk your loved ones to the pretty But `n' Ben for a coastal escape. Note: This property has steep stairs so please take care.
