A charming period cottage with beamed ceilings near the beach, this property has an interesting heritage being one of four cottages that Captain McGregor built for his four daughters in the early 1900s. A lovely cottage, ideal for families, it is an ideal base for a wonderful family holiday.
This accommodation has a beach-inspired decor.
The entrance leads to a beamed sitting room with comfortable seating, a bay window, a wood burning stove and TV/DVD. The hallway also leads to a the open plan kitchen/ dining room which seats up to five people overlooking the rear garden. The well-equipped kitchen with its granite work surfaces and original Yorkshire stone floors, has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and microwave, plus a built-in wine rack and a washing machine and dryer. It is open plan with the dining room and leads to a small garden. On the first floor there are two bedrooms.

The house bathroom is tiled in quality white and blue Delft tiles with a bath, shower over, WC and hand wash basin plus an electric shaver socket in-built into the over-basin mirror. Outside
Outside is a pretty lawn and planted borders wih shrubs and plants plus a flagged terrace with a table and chairs – enjoy the first cuppa of the morning and enjoy the view or a nightcap under the stars!

Starter pack of kindling and logs for the wood burning stove supplied from mid-October – end of March.
Up to two well-behaved pets welcome - supplement £30 per pet per booking.
There is private parking space for 2 cars on the front driveway. There is also unrestricted on-street parking, on a first come, first served basis immediately outside the house.
We respectfully ask that guests do not charge their cars at the property as this invalidates the homeowners property insurance
