Tucked within the Ballinger's Row, an historic collection of 17th Century cottages, Brooklands is the charming and perfect 'get away from it all' bolt hole within a truly romantic location.
Not only that, inside the character speaks for itself, spacious rooms presented with antique touches, altogether give this beautiful home a truly cosy feel.
Watch the telly or read a book in front of the fire, or simply do nothing but enjoy the exceptional setting and commanding views over the completely unspoilt Chedworth Valley.
And there is a delightful country pub at the end of your lane too, The Seven Tuns is currently closed, but hopefully re-opening soon. Although in the Row, the impression is of complete seclusion and tranquility, having an enclosed mature garden and situated on a narrow lane with scarcely any traffic at all: but cars can deliver (and turn around at the end of the road) and are parked at the end of the lane.

Brooklands is a typical Cotswolds’ cottage tucked within the Ballinger’s Row, a historic collection of 17th century cottages and is situated in Chedworth, Gloucestershire. The property has many modern and spacious rooms presented with antique touches which give this cottage a cosy and homely feel. Inside there is a living room with an open fire, a fitted kitchen with a dining area. Upstairs has one double bedroom and one single bedroom with a separate bathroom and WC. Outside has an enclosed mature garden and situated on a narrow lane unencumbered by traffic, and has views over the vast countryside and surrounding farm. Parking is located at the end of a small lane and is about 75 yards away from the property itself. Brooklands is ideal for a couple with a small child.
