Located in Luni, the villa 'Casa degli Zii Appartamento Letizia' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
An additional single bed is available upon request.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, a washing machine as well as a TV.
In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available and fans can be provided upon request.
The highlight of this accommodation is a shared outdoor area with a private barbecue and a playground.
Pool rules: no diving, showering before entering the pool and washing feet, do not walk on the grass before entering the pool, the pool is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. from May to October: ask the facility for confirmation of opening months as it depends on the weather.
