With direct and privileged access to Miramar Beach in Biarritz, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
Ideal for families or groups of friends, it allows you to fully enjoy your stay facing the ocean. The modern, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals and includes: a microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer with ice dispenser, and all the essential utensils. The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms: - A large bedroom with a beautiful sea view, including a double bed and storage space. - A second bedroom equipped with a 160x200 double bed and two 80x190 bunk beds, perfect for families or friends. - Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, clean and functional, equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. - A pleasant terrace completes the apartment, perfect for enjoying the mild Basque coast climate and the ocean views. 👶 A baby cot can be provided upon prior request for an additional €15 per night. 🚗 Parking A parking subscription card will be provided, giving you free access to the Indigo Casino parking garage located about an 8-minute walk from the apartment (maximum height: 1.85 m). We recommend dropping off your luggage as close as possible to the apartment (using your hazard lights) before parking your vehicle. ⚠️ Please note: During high season, especially around July 14th and August 15th, the parking card does not guarantee an available space. 🧺 Included services - Bed linen and towels provided - End-of-stay cleaning included - Beds prepared before your arrival - Free and unlimited Wi-Fi connection 📍 Ideal location Located right on the seafront with direct access to Miramar Beach, the apartment benefits from an exceptional location to enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the Basque coast. The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your card spending limit.
Within 7 days after your departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition and the terms have been respected, the pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled. ⏰ Check-in & Check-out A member of our team will contact you on the day of your arrival to organize your check-in.
