The holiday apartment "Ferme de Faustine 2," located in Saint Gervais, offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
This 90 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to six guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, and a TV.
A baby cot and high chair are also available.
There is a filter coffee maker and a Senseo, as well as a raclette grill and a fondue set (please bring gel fuel).
A shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and playground is at your disposal.
You can also enjoy a large open terrace in summer.
The apartment has a heated indoor pool accessible year-round from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., shared with the other apartment in the building and the owner.
The property is ideally located just 3 km from the ski lifts, with many hiking trails starting directly from the farm.
Two parking spaces are available on site; having your own vehicle is essential to access the property and its surroundings.
Families with children are welcome and pets are allowed.
Air conditioning is not available.
Parties are not permitted.
The owners live upstairs and are available if needed.

A casa é muito confortável e tem uma vista incrível dos Alpes. Passamos dias muito felizes lá. A Casa é muito bem equipada.
A água a noite não esquentava a partir do segundo dia. Mas pela manhã estava normal.
