Here you can spend your farm holiday by the sea, in the countryside and near places of art and culture, without giving up precious moments of relaxation.
The 60 m² property, that is part of a residence, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. The laundry room with a washing machine is shared with the other flats in the residence.
The property has air conditioning. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a garden.
A shared outdoor area with a pool (open from the end of May to the end of September, weather permitting), is also available for your use. The accommodation is located in a rural and quiet area, but in a strategic position: only 3km from the famous beaches of the Tuscan Maremma, the pine forest and the shops of Marina di Grosseto and 10 km from Grosseto, a town with all services. By bike you can reach the village and the beach in just 10 minutes, there is a cycle path almost the whole way. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Bicycles (more than 20) are available free of charge for guests.

Der Pool, die gepflegte Anlage, die Sauberkeit der Häuser, 3 Schlafzimmer, die kostenlose Ausleihe der Fahrräder, die Parkplätze, die Lage in der Nähe zum Meer und Stränden sowie zur Stadt Grosetto.
Wenn überhaupt: WLAN könnte ggf. stärker sein und die Müllentsorgungsmöglichkeit evtl. näher an der Anlage.
