This 50 m² property consists of a living room offering a spectacular view of the large terrace, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning as well as cable TV.
The accommodation is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to log in with your own credentials to access Netflix and other streaming services. Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden and an open terrace.
Share a homemade meal on your terrace while enjoying spectacular sea views! The swimming pool will be closed from the 30th of September. Free parking is available on the street. Pets, parties and loud gatherings are not allowed. Late check-ins (after 10 pm) are possible for an additional fee. There is an additional electricity fee. Beach/pool towels are provided. No crib or high chair can be provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
