The charming holiday apartment 'Bilo Edera' is located in Marina di Grosseto and is perfect for lovers of nature and tranquillity.
Here you can spend your farm holiday by the sea, in the countryside and near places of art and culture, without giving up precious moments of relaxation.
The 45 m² property, which is part of a residence, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. The laundry room with a washing machine is shared with the other flats in the residence.
The property also has air conditioning. Your private outdoor area includes a garden.
A shared outdoor area with a pool (open from the end of May to the end of September, weather permitting), is also available for your use. The accommodation is located in a rural and quiet area, but in a strategic position: only 3km from the famous beaches of the Tuscan Maremma, the pine forest and the shops of Marina di Grosseto and 10 km from Grosseto, a town with all services. By bike you can reach the village and the beach in just 10 minutes, there is a cycle path almost the whole way. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed upon request. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Bicycles (more than 20) are available free of charge for guests.

De extra voorzieningen als zwembad en de leenfietsen en natuurlijk de gastvrije host Paolo!
Als het donker wordt zijn er veel muggen. Door de dag hebben wij er geen hinder van ervaren.
Sehr nette Gastgeber. Gute Lage. Bequemes Bett.

Das Haus hatte einen schönen Pool und die Wohnung eine schöne Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und hatte eine gute Ausstattung in der Küche und einen Föhn.
Vor den Fenstern war jeweils Moskitoschutz, außer vor der Eingangstüre und man konnte sich kostenlos die Fahrräder ausleihen. Man konnte die...
Das wlan war zwischendurch unterbrochen oder teilweise gar kein Empfang. Das fanden wir aber nicht so schlimm, da wir im Urlaub eine Pause vom Internet haben wollten. Nur als es geregnet hat, haben wir es etwas vermisst.
