The 45 m² property has been newly renovated to be modern and bright.
It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom (with a new 1.60m x 2.00 m box spring bed) and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating as well as cable TV. The holiday apartment offers a shared garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings. The holiday apartment offers a very good location for watersports and excursions all over the island. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. An electric vehicle charging station is available. 2 bikes are provided. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.
