The apartment can host up to 7 people and it comprises two levels offering a breathtaking view over the Giudecca canal.
The design is very contemporary with a touch of classic taste: the wooden beams ceiling and wooden floors create a warm and cozy atmosphere.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable living space with one double sofa bed, dining area and kitchenette; a double bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower.
On the upper level there is another double bedroom with an additional single bed and en-suite bathroom.
The apartment is located in the Giudecca district.
It is well-served by the ferries and with many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The Giudecca island is located south of the historical center of Venice.
This used to be a Jewish district.
The area is very quiet and characteristic, mostly residential, and within 3 minutes by ferry you can reach the heart of the city.

The apartment is nice enough and has a great view but the shower upstairs leaked into the first floor. We notified the property manager with no response. Also the AC didn't seem to work so we opened the windows and had a nice breeze but that let in a lot of mosquitoes and now our kids have a ton of ...

We stayed two nights and loved this apartment, great location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but within a two minute walk to the nearest water taxi. The communication with the host was great and keys left in a lockbox on the door. We didn't use the cooking facilities but there seemed to be everything you would need if you wanted to. Would recommend and stay again.
