It features a lovely terrace, where you can soak up the Mediterranean sun and also enjoy a breakfast of fresh croissants with views over Nice.
Inside, the holiday apartment features vibrant, air-conditioned interiors with a cosy living area consisting of a sofa bed, easy chairs and a flat-screen SAT TV.
This area also has direct terrace access, which keeps the whole place light and breezy.
A fully-equipped and modern kitchen-dining area with all essential kitchen appliances is available to complete a carefree stay here.
Utilities include a dishwasher, fridge, all-in-one microwave oven and a coffee machine, among others.
