The villa 'Dunas Maspalomas' is located in Maspalomas and boasts a beautiful view of the sea.
the 150 m² property consists of a living room with tv, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
There is a 50 m² outdoor terrace in front of the dunes. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Your private outdoor area of 50 m² includes garden furniture, an open terrace and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a heated, salted pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. This house is located in a privileged located within the Natural Park Dunas de Maspalomas.
Within walking distance there are restaurants, a shopping mall, pharmacies, cafés, bus stops, taxis stops, supermarkets, etc. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 576m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 940m. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 290m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 500m El Veril. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 457m. Nearest airport: 33km Gran Canaria Airport. Free parking is available, as well as a covered indoor garage. Pets are not allowed. Nette woning op een mooie locatie. De beschrijving van de woning voldeed niet volledig aan de werkelijkheid. De 3e kamer was eigenlijk een werkkamer zonder aansluitende badkamer. Het is eigenlijk een 2-kamer woning, waarvan 1 kamer geen raam heeft.
