CasaDeLuxe Riquelme is located at the exclusive Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Sucina (Murcia), a peaceful and secure community surrounding a beautiful 18-hole golf course.
The apartment enjoys a prime location right by the resort’s largest pool, offering open views of the green surroundings. The comfortable apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and features a bright living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.
On the private balcony, you can enjoy breakfast or a drink in the sun while overlooking the resort. The resort offers 19 swimming pools, a supermarket with bakery, restaurant, and a variety of sports facilities including golf, tennis, padel, and an outdoor gym. For your convenience, there is fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, and a washing machine.
Parking is free on the premises or in the garage. In the private storage room, you can freely use sun loungers for the pool, bicycles, and various sports equipment, including tennis and padel rackets, a football, basketball, and a pétanque set. Storage Space are chuttered whith personal affairs of the Owners. The storage bed King size is full and became noisy and uncomfortable.The toilet seat and the roller shutter must be repaires. Not enought patère mural In the second room a second nightstand is necessery.For the kitchen please replace the frying pans.

Que le falta un poco de ambiente para tomarse algo, fuimos a las 23:00 a tomarnos algo, y la cocina estaba cerrada y solo podíamos pedir algo hasta las 24:00 y solo nos pudimos pedir un granizado. Vale que la mayoría de gente es extranjera, pero también vamos Españoles y nosotros no cenamos a las 19:00.
