Stone Holiday House Katarina is a charming, fully renovated traditional house located in the small village of Klimno on the island of Krk. The house is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, yet close enough to easily walk to the center or the shore.
If you are looking for a comfortable, traditional house with a private pool and plenty of privacy, Stone House Katarina is the perfect choice. The house is spread over two floors, with a total living area of 90 m², and sits on a 310 m² plot.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and washing machine.
Both bedrooms have access to a terrace that leads to the garden. Upstairs, you’ll find an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room.
The kitchen has all modern appliances, while the dining area seats six people.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa that can serve as an additional bed for two people.
There’s also access to a terrace with a table for six, with stairs leading down to the yard, where you can relax by the pool.
The yard features a private pool with sun loungers and a large stone barbecue, perfect for preparing Mediterranean dishes.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem Haus - sehr sauber, tolle Lage, einfache Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin, Supermarkt um die Ecke, Blick auf den Hafen & Abendsonne. Und in der Vorsaison ist es im Ort herrlich ruhig. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder :-)

Wir wurden sehr herzlich in Klimno empfangen. Es hat sich angefühlt als ob wir uns schon lange kennen würden.
Alles sehr sauber.
In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man in den Ferien braucht.
Unsere Jungs haben sogar noch etwas zu knabbern auf den Nachhauseweg bekommen.
Herzlichen Dank für dieses schmucke Steinhaus.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten sogar noch einige Leckereien im Kühlschrank und Obst gefunden-vielen Dank Branka!
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch wenn das Wetter nicht so optimal war.
