The property is located near the historic center of Taormina (pedestrian area), about 10 minutes on foot from the Ancient Theater and less than 15 minutes on foot from the Duomo.

The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a sleeping area and a bathroom.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30

EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00

Late check-ins are not available after 00:00.
