Bright and spacious detached house on 2 floors, ideal for up to 4 people, of about 75sqm with an extraordinary view of Lake Como! The property is located in the historic core of the enchanting Carate Urio, characterized by silent districts and mule tracks.
In the house there are some design objects of extraordinary beauty, a delightful small private garden equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy meals and aperitifs while admiring the splendid panorama of the lake and the mountains!
LONG STAY ALLOWED
The newly renovated house is located in a pedestrian area and can be reached by footpaths and stairs in a few minutes from the nearest parking area (free and paid). It has a small private garden equipped with chairs and a table with a splendid view and a barbecue.
It is necessary to climb 5 steps to access the apartment.
The space is organized as follows
LOWER LEVEL: entrance with living area equipped with double sofa bed, dining table and TV. The kitchen has a gas hob, fridge, freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher. Small service bathroom with toilet and sink.
A spiral staircase without protection leads to the upper level.
FIRST FLOOR: queen bedroom with access to the balcony with lake view and awning. The bedroom leads to the bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. Second Room with single bed.
At guests' disposal: unlimited pocket-wifi that works better on the lower level, independent heating, 2 fans, iron and ironing board. Please note that there is NO air conditioning.
Car, bus and ferry are the easiest ways to explore the surroundings .
Parking could be not so easy during busy season, especially close to the main attractions.
Ferry rides may be less frequent in winter.
Free and paid parking spaces is also available near the apartment.
