Exclusive studio perfect for 2 people and furnished in typical Venetian style overlooking the Canareggio Canal and Palazzo Labia.
Location is strategic and convenient for those arriving in Venice: about 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes from Piazzale Roma, very close to the Guglie vaporetto stop.
We are in the Sestiere of Canareggio, one of the liveliest and most popular tourist areas, in the heart of Venice, full of restaurants and trattorias, shops and clubs. The space Fabulous design studio of about 40 square meters located on the third floor of a historic building in one of the most central, prestigious and at the same time characteristic areas of the city, just 5 minutes walk from the train station.
The exceptional nature of the location is given by the fact that, despite being in a very central and very lively area, close to the main tourist attractions, the house is placed in a position that allows you to live a truly local and Venetian experience in all aspects . Our accommodation has a living area with a relaxation corner and a dining area, an open kitchen and a sleeping area with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses and cooking utensils. Bathroom with shower and bidet. Other amenities available to guests: air conditioning (1 split), independent heating, coat rack, hairdryer. It is possible to access the condominium terrace ONLY until 9:00 pm.
From 9.00 pm onwards IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO ACCESS. Limited rechargeable wifi modem (150 gb per month) available while stocks last. Guest access The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests. Other things to note Guests must show ID documents upon arrival.
The tourist tax is not included in the price, you have to pay it in cash upon arrival.
It's €4 per person per day for the first 5 days.
Children 0-9 years are exempt, children 10-16 years have a reduction on the tax of 50%. Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time.
Check-in after 8 p.m. are available with the following extra costs: from 8pm till 10 pm >> 40€ from 10pm till midnight>> 60€

Proximité de tous commerces, 20mn des principaux centres d’ intérêt .
Cristiana est très réactive lorsqu'il y a un problème.
Dans le logement il y a un gros problème d’eau chaude à la douche.Un plombier est venu en disant que tout allait bien et n’a rien fait mais le problème est toujours là. Il faut enlever le pommeau ou laisser couler un autre robinet, certainement problème de calcaire.

This place is wonderful for a stay in Venice. Very charming and comfortable. It's away from the most heavily touristed area so a more relaxed feel when you step outside. Very close to stop on the water taxi route from the airport. Lots of restaurants and shops steps from the entrance. It needs more and better bed pillows and a bath mat, but otherwise perfect. I would choose it again!

Loved the location. It was a charming apartment in Venice. I would recommend a new mattress and updating the online listing with the correct address/location. Communication was difficult at first, as it was my first time using what’s app. Our host was wonderful after meeting her and she sent us several recommendations for Restaurants, Luggage Storage and Water Taxi Schedules which was helpful.
