Comfortable one-bedroom apartment in the center of Taormina that can accommodate 2 people.
The apartment is just 270m far from "Taormina Cathedral", and 800m from the "Villa Comunale Gardens" and the Ancient Theater.
The beautiful beach in front of the famous Isola Bella and the Blue Grotto are only 3.5km from the house! Taormina is a real Sicilian pearl, appreciated all over the world for its sea, landscapes, art and tasteful typical cuisine! The approximately 40sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a non-renovated period building with no lift.
It is composed of a living room with a dining area, a kitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge, an electric kettle, a gas oven, and wine glasses. Bedroom with queen bed, wardrobe and split A/C. Toilet with bidet and shower.
Bed linen and towels included. TV, fan, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, air conditioning. Our keyholder will get in touch with you in advance to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment.
We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected event or clarification, we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail. ***Airport shuttle service from/to Catania Airport available upon request*** To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30 EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00 Late check-ins are not available after 00:00 REGIONAL CODE: 19083097C217318 Taormina is a city center full of artistic and natural wonders.
A visit to the Roman Theater (Teatro Odeon) and the Ancient Theater (Greek Theater), as well as to the Duomo and the Castle are not to be missed.
The beaches adjacent to the island Bella, the boat ride to the spectacular Blue Grotto and the beautiful town of Giardini di Naxos are unmissable destinations during your stay! To eat there is spoiled for choice: typical Sicilian specialties and desserts can be enjoyed at the Barcaiolo, Trattoria da Nino, or the Al Saraceno Restaurant Pizzeria. Lovely apartment and fantastic location next to Corso Umberto. The host was very helpful and welcoming. The kitchen had all necessary equipment, with a gas hob and oven, but the bed could be slightly more comfortable. There was no WiFi, so just bear that in mind if you will need it. We had a lovely stay - thank you!

Lovely stay in Taormina! Location is so central and was easy to find. Communication with host was great and appreciated the messages ahead of arriving.

The apartment is very well located and it was easy to communicate with the host. It was clean. However do check that you won't need wifi (it is mentioned in the description but you might miss it out) and although we enjoyed our stay, we don't think this place has the best price-quality ratio.
