Fabulous loft of about 65 square meters located on the third floor of an elegant period building, equipped with a lift (not suitable for the disabled, there are about 7 steps to reach it).
Perfect for 4 people and equipped with every comfort, it is located in the heart of Trastevere.
Trastevere, one of the oldest and most characteristic districts of Rome, with its alleys paved with cobblestones and with its small craft shops, typical Roman taverns, churches and monuments from the Roman.
The internal space is divided as follows:
LIVING AREA: sofa, smart TV and dining area.
KITCHEN: fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM 1: double bed, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink.

BEDROOM 2: double bed.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Central heating with thermo valves.

A great way to end a tour in the Vatican Museums and in the beautiful Sistine Chapel, within walking distance. Trastevere is undoubtedly one of the liveliest and most characteristic districts of the Eternal City, perhaps the most loved by the Romans, worthing to be experienced by day and by night. The apartment is ideal for both a holiday and a business trip.

You can park for a fee in the street (not guaranteed) or, alternatively, you can leave your car for a fee in Garage Giova (a 16 minute walk from the flat) or in Porta Portese parking (a 17 minute walk). To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Location parfaite pour découvrir Rome! Logement parfait pour nous 3, spacieux, on se sent comme à la maison, tous les équipements nécessaires sont disponibles. L’accueil a été facilité en fonction de notre arrivée. Très bonnes adresses recommandées ! Très calme, très propre, je recommande ce logement :)
