Nice 30sqm studio apartment with breathtaking panoramic sea view, located on the 2nd floor of a building with lift. 10sqm balcony equipped with table, chairs and outdoor furniture to have lunch or enjoy an aperitif while admiring the blue of the sea during the day and the starry sky in the evening!


The apartment has all the main comforts and is 2.5km from the enchanting Isola Bella beach! The center of Taormina with all its services (bars, restaurants, pharmacies) is only 900m away!


The inside is organized as follows
- LIVING AREA with kitchenette with hob, gas oven and refrigerator;

- SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed and single bed;

- BATHROOM with sink, shower, bidet and WC.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: air conditioning, iron, clothes hanger and hairdryer.

Towels and bed linen available to all guests.


The private parking (only for 1 car) is located in astreet inside the complex and is outdoor and assigned. It is better to have a small-medium sized car, because the road to reach the complex is uphill and in Taormina it is not easy to travel with large cars.


Condominium swimming pool available from 8:30 till 20:30, from June 1st to September 30th.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

A member of our Team Taormina will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or Airbnb direct messaging service.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.


For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30

EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00

Late check-ins are not available after 00:00

In the center of Taormina there is the ZTL area with limited traffic, the house is however located outside this area. It is preferable to travel on foot, using public transport in the city or using a small to medium-sized car, since parking spaces are scarce, spaces are limited and streets are narrow.
