Beautiful apartment located on the third floor of a building with a lift not suitable for the disabled.
It comfortably accommodates 6 people in 100 square meters of space.
The strong point of the structure is definitely the location, a few steps from the Ottaviano metro and bus stops.
By public transport it is possible to reach Piazza del Popolo and the Terrazza del Pincio in 10 minutes.

KITCHEN. Complete with washing machine, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave, various kitchen utensils.

From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport, it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the Leonardo Express service and then take the metro to the Lepanto stop, a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 55 minutes.
From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the regional train or with the shuttle bus service. From the station it is possible to reach the apartment by metro to the Lepanto stop, a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 35 minutes.
From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the underground to the Lepanto stop, which is a 7-minute walk from the apartment. Total travel time: 15 minutes.
If you are traveling by car, you can pay parking on blue lines along the neighboring streets.
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.
Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
