The Neroli perfume studio is located on the 1st floor of the owners' individual house, in a quiet suburban residence.
Access is via a private staircase to the gîte.
Gîte-studio of 26m².
The living room, with sloping ceilings, consists of a sleeping area with a 140x200 bed and a 140x190 convertible sofa. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combined microwave and oven, 2 induction hobs, TASSIMO pod coffee maker and a dining area.
A bathroom with shower (140x0.80) and WC. During sunny days, you can enjoy the furnished terrace with garden furniture. Possibility of parking a vehicle in the fully fenced and secure residence.
ALL-INCLUSIVE accommodation (energy charges, sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning).
Pets accepted (paying).
Presence of electrical outlet for recharging electric vehicles. Rochefort en Yvelines, a small medieval village nestled at the foot of a hill in the Chevreuse valley, is worth a detour for its castle, its church and its cobbled streets. Located in a charming village and close to beautiful forest walks.
The studio is located to the south of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park.
14 km from the Abbaye des Vaux de Cernay, its park and ponds, 17 km from the Château de Rambouillet and the national forest (greenways and hiking trails). 35 km from the estate and Château de Versailles, 55 km from Paris, 97 km from the Domaine de Chantilly (castle and equestrian shows), 132 km from Compiègne (royal and imperial city).
Several express coach lines leave from the Longvilliers multimodal park. By taking a dedicated lane on the A10 motorway, some allow you to access the RER stations to Paris in less than 30 minutes.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le logement est très confortable et il y a tout ce qu'il faut comme à la maison !! Le cadre est magnifique, notre petite chienne a été accepté et a pu profiter des belles ballades en forêt.... Notre hôte est d'une gentillesse extrême et on n'hésitera pas a y retourner...Je recommande vivement

J'ai apprécié l'accueil chaleureu des propriétaires du gîte ainsi que la propreté des lieu, en outre l'environnement calme et paisible sont un plus qui qui favorise les promenades et les découvertes de paysage et de lieu historiques. En conclusion, c'est une epérience qui mérite d'être renouveler.
