The detached holiday home, built in 2004 and renovated in 2020, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular also because of its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace, hammock swing, and campfire site.

Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday house is situated on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. The house is not available for young people. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Cot, high chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite. Broadcasts in German, Polish, English.
Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early September, diameter 4.20 m, 0.9 m deep).

Pool und kleiner Spielplatz Ideal für Kinder,waren eine Woche Mitte Juni da. Hatten perfektes Wetter zum Baden im Pool und Balaton. Sehr nette Gastgeber, sie spricht sehr gut deutsch, und jedes Problemchen wurde gleich gelöst. Balkon im Orbergeschoß super,haben dort jeden Tag gefrühstückt. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder

Sehr freundliche, liebenswürdige Vermieter. Wunderschönes, modern eingerichtetes und liebevoll dekoriertes Haus. Es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde. Selbst eine vielzahl von Spielen und sogar Puzzle war vor Ort. Der Garten war sehr gepflegt mit einem tollen Pool. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Die Vermieterin spricht gut deutsch, sämtliche Küchengeräte funktionierten einwandfrei, die Unterkunft war bei Ankunft schön sauber, es waren auch Decken, Geschirrtücher, Mülltüten, Spültabs und sogar Kaffeefilter vorhanden. Alle Fenster hatten Rollläden. Im Garten gab es eine Schaukel für die Kinder und einen kleinen Kletterturm. Ein kleiner Supermarkt zum Brötchen kaufen war fußläufig 5 Minuten.
