The detached villa built in 2016 and is furnished in a modern and luxury style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. Private beach with children's playground, shower and sun loungers.

Access is via a side road (length 100 m). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 100 m). Parking for villa guests 100m from the house. The house is by the sea.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from early April to mid October, heatable, 6 m x 4 m, depth 1.5 m). For a fee of 100 euros, the pool can be heated to 24 degrees in April and May.
