The detached holiday home, renovated in 2009, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. Access to the house is via a 10 m long gravel path.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September 3 m x 6 m 1.5 m deep).

Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace. American kitchen with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony (20 sqm). 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
