The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a typical country style. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Gyenesdiás. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. BAL GYE 079 (4 Personen) und BAL GYE 081 (6 Personen) befinden sich auch im Haus Access is via a side road. Parking is available on the property.

air conditioning, central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via electric wire.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to end of August, diameter 4,6 m, depth 1 m).
