The studio is located in an apartment house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a busy environment, in the town centre. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its sunny location at the water the domicile is popular.

Roznica. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In the same house are DAL SIB 351 (6 people) and DAL SIB 352 (3 people). Everything you need is close to the property. The restaurant is located on the ground floor. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a parking lot in the village. The parking lot is opposite the object, about 10 meters away. It costs about 30 euros per week.

air conditioning, electric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via electric wire.
