The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

Apartment KVA LOS 311 (4 people) and KVA LOS 312 (3 people) are in the same building. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

We took advantage of this lovely location to explore both Cres and Losinj. A bit of a walk into Mali Losinj so we drove and parked for dinner in town or just enjoying the marina area.
