The holiday home is rustic and functional. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use: terrace and garden furniture. An electric grill is available for the terrace and can be provided by arrangement with the landlord (please inquire upon arrival). Directly in front of the property is a children's playground.

Zinnowitz (seaside resort). The holiday home is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. A very simply furnished property, suitable for undemanding customers. +++Steep stairs, as you can also see in the photo. Caution+++. There is another small holiday house on the property, visually separated by a hedge. 400 sqm are available for exclusive use. The property is not allowed for construction workers. It is only suitable for families with children. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.
Attic: Bedroom with 2 single beds and access to the balcony (covered). Bedroom with 2 single beds.

Man kommt jeden Tag definitiv auf seine 10 000 Schritte, wenn man zum Strand läuft.
