Flat with a magnificent sea view from the balcony. The property is located on the 5th floor with lift, it can accommodate up to six people. It consists of a living/dining room, a slightly separate kitchen, two double bedrooms with a single bed each, and a full bathroom with a shower box. Equipped with a washing machine, one covered parking space, and a reserved beach place (1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed).*No A/C available.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
*Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (until 19:00 in the high season)
*Late check-in: 19:00-22:00>30euros fee (no check-in after 22:00)

-Security deposit: 100euros>to be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection

Perfect location with amazing view, loved the private shady garden before the private beach, and also that the unit provides an umbrella with chairs. It's close to bigger centres but out of the busy-ness of the city. The balcony is a nice roomy size. It is a rare place to enjoy your stay at the sea.

Alles was man braucht um eine schöne Woche am Meer zu verbringen mit drei Kindern. Zimmer groß genug, sehr schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, kurze Wege zum Strand, Bars und Geschäften, gerne wieder!
Ein sehr schöner Urlaub der uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben wird.

Direkt am Strand. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich. Die Außenanlagen wie der Garten und der Strand ist sehr sauber. Das Meer ist angenehm. Der Strand war nicht überfüllt.
Leider war das Apartment ohne Klima. Das Bad war leider nicht sauber und unter dem Sofa waren sehr viele Hundehaare und Schmutz von den Gästen vor uns. Die Küche ist schon sehr abgenutzt.
