The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1995 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site.

Felsőpáhok. The holiday flat is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. BAL KES 045 (holiday flat for 4 people) is located in the same house. If you book both flats at the same time, a 10% discount will be applied. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Iron and ironing board. TV reception is via satellite. The accommodation features hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

All pools are available for your shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to late September 4 m x 8 m 1.2 m deep).

Die Ferienwohnung hat in jeder Richtung einen Balkon, der Sitzplatz im Garten und der Pool sind super, vor allem, wenn es so heiß ist.

Super netter Vermieter. Sehr ruhige Lage. Spielplatz für größer und kleinere Kinder unmittelbar in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war super und gut ausgestattet.

Sehr ruhige Lage. Kaum Verkehr, sehr netter Vermieter. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, Restaurant befanden sich ca 3 km entfernt. Waren aber super erreichbar. Zum Balaton waren es auch nur 10 km. Im ganzen haben wir schöne 14 Tage erlebt. Auch Aktivitäten für groß und klein befinden sich in der Nähe. Gern kommen wir wieder.
