Built in 1980 and renovated in 2014, the holiday home is a semi-detached house furnished in the typical local style.
The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre.
The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location.
Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a campfire site. Location Porto Santa Margherita, 000 m a.s.l.
The holiday home is situated on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge.
The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.

Sauberkeit der Wohnung OK könnte aber genauer sein (unter der Couch/Bett...), Ansonsten alles ordentlich.
Küche Ausstattung bis auf Korkenzieher vollständig für solides Kochen, Kühlschrank bietet viel Platz.
Der Garten ist direkt vor der Haustür sehr verwuchert, daher war es kaum möglich abends drau...
