The holiday home built in 1998 and is furnished in a modern style. Also due to its sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Baby bath (1 pc.) And high chair (1 pc.) Are available on request free of charge.
Location
Balatonboglár. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The owners have a small dog Havagnese breed. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
Special
air conditioning. Air conditioning in every room, in total 9 devices in the house. Facilities: baby cot, high chair and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Stations in different languages.
Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to end of August, 5 m x 10 m, depth 1,5 m).
Dogs
allowed. Free of charge.

Shopping 500 m, restaurant 150 m, town center 300 m. In summer: Balaton 150 m in Balatonboglár (beach 150 m in Balatonboglár). tennis in Balatonboglár 500 m. Free beach 150 m, water park 500 m.

Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 flames), dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 baby cot and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony. Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on double sofa bed and access to the terrace. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.
