The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is rustically furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

See in Paznaun, 1150 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm open garden plot with a lawn. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Picturesque panorama of the surrounding mountains. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking space (for 1 car) on the property. Only 1 parking space available, there is no space for additional cars, please note.
