The apartment consists of kitchen with dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and balcony with sea view.
In one bedroom there is a double bed and in other bedroom there are 2 single beds that could be connected into one bed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Sat Tv and wireless internet.
In yard, in front of the house we have parking place and behind the house there is a grill and outdoor furniture. In house, also on the 1st floor we have one more apartment for 4 persons, so we could accommodate 2 families or a group of friends.
We have a capacity for a total of 8 persons. Location of the house is on the border between 2 places: Preko and Kali. Preko is the transport and administrative centre of the island Ugljan.
It is a famous tourist place with nice promenade by the sea, more different beaches and a good restaurant offer. Kali is a place of the most famous fishermen on the Adriatic.
It is exceptionally particular because of the two little ports that are full of fishing-boats and fishermen who are on the pier, occupied with patching up their fishing nets. In recent years Kali has become a tourist destination with nice beaches and a good gastronomic offer. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Appartamento a poche centinaia di metri dal porto e fronte mare. Dal balcone si gode di una vista e un'alba meravigliose. La struttura è dotata di parcheggio privato. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. Proprietari molto gentili

Krásny výhľad na more a pláž veľmi blízko. Vybavenie ubytovania bolo super, mali sme všetko čo sme potrebovali. Pohodlie a čistota. Parkovanie pred domom za zavretými bránami. Potraviny a pekáreň blízko. Domáci boli veľmi srdeční a milí, veľmi dobre sme sa cítili. Ďakujeme!
Jediné čo by mohli v budúcnosti doriešiť je wifi signál. Bol veľmi slabý a pripojiť sa dalo len v rohu jednej izby.
