Casa Mayor is located in Sa Ràpita on Mallorca’s south coast, just 1,900 meters from the beautiful Es Trenc beach.
Enjoy a peaceful residential area while being close to supermarkets, restaurants, and daily essentials. The stylish villa offers 111 m² of space for up to 4 guests, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
For your comfort, there is air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs (65", 50", 27"), a soundbar, washing machine, dryer, baby cot, and high chair. Outside, relax in your private garden, on a covered or open terrace with a Weber gas grill, or in the elegant private pool.
The pool and terrace were renovated in 2026 with state-of-the-art technology; pool heating (up to 26°C) is available from April to October for an extra charge.
An outdoor shower, sun loungers, and beach towels complete the amenities.
Use of the pool and pool area is at your own risk. The rooftop terrace, accessible from outside, features two sun loungers and a lounge set, offering views all the way to Es Trenc beach. All windows and the terrace door have insect screens; kitchen and bathroom windows are also barred.
The house is secured with an alarm system. Two bicycles are available free of charge for your excursions.
The area is ideal for cycling and hiking, and you can visit wineries, a cheese factory, botanical gardens, salt flats, and the market in Santanyí. A wallbox for charging electric cars is available on the property for an extra charge.
Please note that events are not permitted and the house is especially suited for quiet holidays.

Alles. Der Pool ist ein Traum, beheizbar bis auf die gewünschte Temperatur. Das Haus ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Ort Sa Rapita ist ruhig und bis Palma Innenstadt sind es ca 40mln mit dem Auto.
