The 30 m² accommodation consists of a living/sleeping area with a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, as well as a bathroom, and accommodates 2 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV.
The room features a queen-size bed.
The property is situated on the outskirts of See in a quiet location, yet you can reach the center (See mountain railways) in just 5 minutes on foot.
The valley run and the ski bus to Kappl, Ischgl, and Galtür are each about 3 minutes away on foot.
Free parking is available at the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., check-out until 10:00 a.m.
Parties and smoking are not permitted.
A ski storage room is available.
The Premium Card (valid from June 16 to October 15) offers, among other things, unlimited use of all open mountain railways in Paznaun and Samnaun, use of public transport in Paznaun and Montafon, as well as access to the Silvretta High Alpine Road and much more.

We actually got an upgrade to a larger room It was very handy to the things we wanted to do and we loved the quietness of the location. Sabrina was helpful when we were looking for a meal the night of arrival and got us a reservation. She also had good suggestions about what to do on s rainy day in the area. Lovely stay.
