In winter or summer, come and discover Les Angles resort, which has the Famille Plus label, and stay in this beautiful, comfortable 200 m² house! Situated less than 10 minutes' walk from the ski area and close to all amenities, this property is ideal for a pleasant stay with family or friends! You'll have a lovely living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a large fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a games room and a laundry room.
The house: The house is split over 3 levels as follows: Level 2 : - A beautiful living room with exposed beams and a sitting area with two sofas and armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a functional wood-burning stove and a dining area with a dining table for up to 10 guests. - The kitchen opens onto the living area and is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso pod coffee machine.
Level 1 : - Bedroom 1: double bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and storage space.
WC - Bedroom 2: double bed and storage space.
En-suite shower room - Bedroom 3: double bed and storage space.
En-suite shower room - WC Ground floor: - A large fitted cloakroom with a bench, wall-mounted ski boot dryer, shelving and coat racks. - Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. - A dormitory with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). - Bathroom with shower and WC Nearby facilities - Angléo Spa 400 m away - Les Angles ski resort 700 m away - Les Angles animal park 3 km away - Lac de Matemale 3.7 km away - Puyvalador 10 km away - Spain 36 km away Activities : In winter : - Les angles ski resort: skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, tobogganing, snake gliss... - Dog-sleigh rides, ice diving, - Bowling, cinema, playground, Angléo Spa... - Activities Lou Bac Moutain, Bike Park, mountain bike circuits, hiking, orienteering...

On the edge of a quiet street, you'll be able to enjoy the area in complete peace and quiet! Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels provided. - Firewood provided. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
