There are steps and a pond in the grounds, 20 yards away.. Studio Sea Urchin is approached via a 200 yard unmade lane and boasts some of the most spectacular coastal views across an expanse of sandy beach up to Godrevy Lighthouse in the distance.
This ground floor, studio apartment is the perfect retreat for couples, located in perhaps one of the most stunning locations in Cornwall, on the South West Coastal Path.
Positioned in an enviable, elevated position, above Hawkes Point and Porth Kidney Sands, you will find true peace and quiet with no passing traffic, just walkers and stunning panoramic views across St Ives Bay. There are a small cluster of apartments, all of which have the advantage of a private car parking space on the private drive.
A communal tropical garden, complete with pond, bridge and paths is available for you to meander along, whilst taking advantage of the breathtaking views. Fantastic place ,view to die for ,only few faults ,more comfortable garden chairs ,less stuff in kitchen cupboards ,no room for your food ,non slip mat in shower and step made to go out of patio doors ,sounds petty but little things that could improve your stay

A wonderful week in the lovely Sea Urchin studio: breathtaking views over the beach, all the comforts in the home, friendly neighbours. Highly recommended and we wouldn’t mind coming back!

I would highly recommend Sea Urchin Studio for a couple or singe person. The location is stunning with views of the bay towards Hayle and the Lighthouse (Sometimes!). It is extremely well stocked with every utensil you could think of and has a branch line running from the village to Penzance of Saint Ives within walking distance. Excellent!
