Estepona features a historic old town and a wide stretch of sandy beach, making it an excellent destination for exploring during the day or evening.
There are many dining and bar options, with a variety of excellent restaurants available.
The two-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge/freezer, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms, accommodating up to six people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, a smart TV, and an international set-top box.
Air conditioning and heating are centralized but can be adjusted by room.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with garden furniture, four open terraces, and a balcony.

Duplex en urbanización a 15 min en coche del centro se Estepona. Mal servicio de checkin y nada de información sobre la vivienda, acceso a piscina…

The property is in great condition and has multiple terraces to sit, relax and sunbathe. It allowed us all to be together or gave the children (or adults) their space when they wanted it. The pool and poolside area was great too. It’s easy to get around from the apartment and walking distance to both the sea and a nice local beach restaurant. Perfect!
