Toscamar Apartment is located in Moraira Centre and impresses guests with its view of the mountain - while being only a 5-minute walk away from the beach.
Get the best of both worlds on your holiday! The 78 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (the living room has a sofa bed suitable for 2 people) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a TV (English & Spanish) as well as children's books and toys.
The apartment has 100 CDs (and a CD player) and a similar number of DVDs (and a DVD player). A high chair and a baby cot are available for an extra fee. The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and a balcony.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from June to September), a garden, garden furniture, a children's pool, a playground and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 96m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 355m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 342m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 50m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 611m Platja de l'Ampolla. Nearest airport: 94km Alicante Airport. Beach is a 5-minute walk. 25+ restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
A car is not necessary as the whole town is within easy walking distance.
A transfer mini-bus from Alicante airport stops 100 meters from the apartment. Free parking is available in a reserved space in the building’s secure underground car park. The reception area inside the apartment building has security cameras. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. The property has step-free access and interior. Beach towels are available for an extra fee. An elevator is available in the building. There is a single inverter unit that is sufficient to heat or cool the entire apartment. All utilities are included.

La casa
Los cacharros de cocina: platos,vasos, cubiertos, ect, estaban muy sucios. Vasos y cubiertos horribles de sucios. Hemos utilizado los que nos hacían falta y el resto están por limpiar.
El resto de la casa la limpieza correcta
