Located on the 4th floor of an urbanization in Nueva Andalucía and in walking distance of the beach, the cozy apartment is great for holidays near the sea.
The 89m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and satellite television as well as a baby bed and a highchair.
The apartment features a balcony as well as a spacious furnished and open terrace with a barbecue and great sea views, while the shared outdoor area boasts a garden and a large pool (open all year round) with sunbeds.
Supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants are all as close as 200-300m, and within 15 minutes on foot (1.5) you can reach both the sandy beach and the harbour.
In the area you will find great golf courses, the beaches of Banus, Mercadona, Opencor, El Corte Ingles or Costa Marbell.
Every Saturday there is a street market, and many tapas bars are nearby.
A five-minute drive away, lies San Pedro de Alcantara, with a wide range of shops and restaurants.
Malaga Airport is a 40-minute drive or 60km away.

Nice apartment, with everything you need for a nice holiday in a nice surrounding, close to beaches and golf courses. Unfortunately the nice, huge terrace wasn’t on the sunny side, the small balcony fortunately. Very good pool, but way it’s not heated by sun heaters, it cannot be to expensive, for us Nordic peoples it would be important. Overall positive experience. Nice views. Mikael

Utsikten var fantastisk. Romslig og fin leilighet. Godt utstyrt. Stor og god terrasse mot øst, men siden vi var der i slutten av oktober/begynnelsen av november, var det lite sol der og ble derfor ikke benyttet så mye. Terrassen mot vest ble mye brukt. Stort og godt basseng.
Blir feil å trekke noe ned, men badene var noe utdatert, men heilt grei! Kunne også tenkt en litt større sittegruppe mot vest.

Buena localización , dos terrazas que hacen que la brisa nocturna sea perfecta , cocina , vajilla ….. más de lo necesario Muy recomendable. Difícilmente encontraras algo que te incomode
