The 76 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine, and a TV. The apartment features a large balcony that receives afternoon sun and overlooks the pool, furnished with comfortable garden furniture.
Guests have access to a shared outdoor area, which includes two pools surrounded by lush greenery and an outdoor shower. Distances to local amenities: - Restaurant: 375 m - Cafe: 474 m - Bar: 515 m - Supermarket: 166 m - Beach (Playa Cala La Mosca): 434 m - Airport (Murcia): 55.7 km - Airport (Alicante): 69.2 km Free shaded parking is available within the gated community.

Venlig vært, fin pool
Køkkenudstyr var meget slidt. Så slidt at det ikke kunne rengøres. Det kunne virkelig godt trænge til nye kaffekopper, bestik, og håndklæder
