The Villa Mario is located in Vinarós and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 180 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a fenced pool, a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 750m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 498m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 846m Punta de los Cosis. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 839m. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 512m. Airport Valencia: 151km. Free parking is available in a garage (2 parking spaces) and on the street.

De rust en de privacy.
Keukeninventaris kan op vele onderdelen verbeterd worden. Soms erg behelpen, dat was jammer.
Maison sympa mais avec qq ajouts à faire en terme d’équipement.

La maison est spacieuse, plutôt agréable et bien placée.
L’équipement extérieur n’est pas suffisant : pas de salon de jardin digne de ce nom à l’extérieur pour manger, le salon extérieur est installé de façon un peu précaire et est lui-même assez abîmé.
Il n’y a pas assez de transats, ceux qui équipent la maison dont anciens et abimés…
Enfin, il faudrait aménager une zone d’ombre pour la mi journée…

Grande villa sympa mais trop de choses abîmées, cassées, à changer. La piscine n’était pas très propre. Dans la cuisine c’est un peu le bazar dans les ustensiles, du tri serait le bienvenu. A l’extérieur des choses cassées(table) , des caddies rouillés traînent dans le jardin, un garage ne s’ouvre p...
