The holiday apartment "View of the sea Beach 50 meters" is located in Sueca and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach.
The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine, a television as well as children's books and toys.
A baby cot and a high chair are available for an extra fee per item per stay. The holiday apartment also boasts a partly covered terrace where you can chill out in the evening. The beach "Platja del Perelló" can be reached in under a minute on foot (65m).
The nearest restaurant is just next door (9m).
The next café and bar can both be reached in under a minute on foot (70m).
The nearest supermarket can be reached in 4 minutes on foot (370m).
Additionally, an array of shops, bakeries, butchers, greengrocers, take-away food, restaurants, cafés, ice-cream parlours, chemists, doctors, etc. can be reached within a few minutes on foot. The Airport of Valencia can be reached in 30 minutes by car (33km). Free municipal parking is available at the end of the street.
