The holiday home "Wonderful house just above the Sea" in Nerja is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view.
This 75 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate a maximum of 4 people (including adults, children and babies). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace and a barbecue.
Enjoy the wonderful sea views from your garden after having spent a relaxing day at the beach. Walking/driving distance to nearest restaurant: 566m. Walking/driving distance to nearest cafe: 638m. Walking/driving distance to nearest bar: 702m. Walking/driving distance to nearest supermarket: 841m. Walking/driving distance to beach: 850m Playa de Burriana. Distance to the airport: 71.5km Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport. Free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. The deposit needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. The property has a step-free interior. A baby cot and a highchair are available upon request. The house had a great patio area with stunning views across the sea. Plenty of sun, shade when hot and sheltered spots when breezy.
The walk up the road from Burriana beach is challenging but manageable.

Modernisiertes City House oberhalb des Burriana Strandes mit zwei wunderschönen Sonnenterrasse und Blick zum Meer. 5 bis 10 Gehminuten bis zum Strand und zu den Chiringuitos. 10 Autominuten bis in die City, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

A very nice house, equipped with everything you may need. The views from terrace over the Sea are great! It is very clean, cozy, beautiful and comfortable. Internet connection is very good and all rooms are with A/C. The owner Annika was absolutely fantastic, communicating with us before our arrival and meeting us to show us around the house.
