In summer, enjoy your living room with access to a porch equipped with outdoor furniture and views of the pool surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for cooling off and relaxing outdoors.
In winter, the living room has a cozy wood stove to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, as well as reversible air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring an ideal temperature throughout the year.

On the upper floor, a suite with double bed (160 cm), bathroom with direct access to a terrace of 12 m2 with relaxing views. On the top floor, you will find a solarium where you can sunbathe, read a good book or enjoy a night of stars. Wifi, reversible air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room, and parking for 2 vehicles inside the plot. The house is located in the urbanization Ámfora, a quiet area near the village and only 200 m from the beach of Sant Pere Pescador, ideal for windsurfing, kayaking and exploring the nearby natural park of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig. Da kann man sich auch mal zurückziehen. Die Dachterrasse ist herrlich. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Kurzer Fußweg zum Strand.
Leuk en typisch Spaans huisje met een mooi en diep zwembad.

Locatie is op loop afstand naar een mooi breed strand, waar vlakbij een surf gedeelte is. Tevens kan er gebruik gemaakt worden van de nabije campingwinkel voor oa verse broodjes. Zwembad is schoon en lekker diep ideaal voor wat grote kinderen.
Het huisje is binnenin behoorlijk gedateerd, maar de eigenaren gaan dit in fases opknappen naar het schijnt. Was verder okay.
