The villa Exclusive - Great Sea View is located in Nerja and boasts a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This rental property features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The property is located close to the beach. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets and smoking are not allowed. La cocina tiene todos los enseres para cubrir las necesidades de la estancia. El espacio de la piscina está muy bien, y también las habitaciones. Salón acogedor con TV grande y terraza con barbacoa portátil para disfrutar de las vistas y cenas. AA recién cambiado en todas las habitaciones.
The kitc...
Tal vez parte del mobiliario, algo obsoleto, debería cambiarse por su deterioro por el paso del tiempo y uso.

We have just returned from a wonderful week at this property . Very well equipped , it was a great house for 7 adults and under one year old. The pool was very welcome and the views were amazing! The location was good for Nerja and visiting other towns /cities -you do need a car as the property is on a very steep hill. .communication was great-both before and during our stay.
Fantastiskt läge, jättefint hus, lagom för max 8 pers.
